Frank Sinatra: Fly Me To The Moon

Project: The aim of the project was to design a record cover and vinyl sticker for Frank Sinatra's song Fly Me To The Moon.

Process and Outcome:  I first listened to the song multiple times to get ideas and visualize how the cover could look like. Frank makes a lot of references to the moon and the moon landing in his song, and this inspired me to center the packaging around the feeling of being in space while enjoying jazz music. The two covers are unique in their own ways - one has a modern twist with color and the other fits in with the release date of the song: a classic 50’s black and white style.
